Here we are that time of year when everyone is thinking about Jan. 01 renewals. Here are some tips when looking for a new telemarketing company to set your appointments. Number one and I can't say this enough NO CONTRACTS!! if they provide the service you are told they do than why do you have to commit for any length of time? Are they outsourcing? This is bad because do you really want your agency to be represented by foreign callers? Are your leads and appointment's Exclusive to you and you alone? Do you really want to show up for an appointment that has been given to other agents by the same company, this is just an example of where the company has put it's interest above the client. Last but not the least is Customer service, are you just a number on a leaderboard or are you valued and asked for your opinions and pointers that will make your account successful?
