Here are some tips I have learned and want to pass on. Outsourcing calls are bad, you have to think is this how you want to represent your agency, remember you only get one chance to make a first impression. Auto dialers are bad because then you are depending on luck of the draw for a lead and those leads tend to be more headache rather than a quality appointment. It takes an average of 4 dials to reach a DM and in this process you should be name branding your agency, this cannot be done with an auto dialer.
No contracts this is important because you should never be forced to do business with a complete stranger with no track record to go off of. Last but not least your appointments should be exclusive to you and you alone, if you are competing for the appointments you are paying for this is a waste of money and your time.
